It was a nice weekend. Rick and I looked at houses a bit. We've been hesitant to look too much before the condo sells, but we're really ready to get going on the move. We also went to the Stagg's mission homecoming. They've been in Cambodia the last 18 months (I visited them last year-see Asia trip blog). So good to have them home! And so fun to see friends from the old neighborhood. The bloggable experience came on Sunday evening when we went to my parents to celebrate Kira and Will's birthdays.
You know how you're in a room when a bunch of conversations are going on, then everyone seems to stop talking except one person and you just get a slice of that dialog. Here's what we heard.
Asher (age 8) to Zane (age 12), "It's really cool how you have a lot of money and stuff so it will be easy for you to get a wife."
Upon further discussion, we found out they were talking about the video game Sims.

lol..that is really cute. It's good that they are figuring out how life works. hee hee
PS so, are you guys going to come and look in my neighborhood for houses? There are a couple for sale,...although if you don't want a HUGE yard you might not want to move here. What a pain grass can be sometimes...it just keeps growing!!!
How come I missed that? I could think of another bloggable comment that happened on Sunday, haha!
Funny! Even though it was Sims, it's funny to hear kids ideas about marriage and family and future. My two youngest are planning on marrying and moving back in with us and raising their family. Jonah says he will need me to drive him places still.
